Entheogens

We are taught from the very beginning, in probably every language currently used today, that if something doesn’t matter, then it is nonexistent, or unimportant. However, this places undue importance upon the matter, the material plane of existence, and disregards the non-material and or spiritual planes of existence. The important things in all of creation, are not things. One definition of a psychopath, is someone who attributes significance to insignificant ideas, things or events. You have a lot of deprogramming to do, and some severe mental and spiritual audits to perform if you want to be able to advance to the next levels of comprehension. Entheogens can provide this opportunity to see through the haze of false programming, and learn to re-evaluate your entire basic input output system (B.I.O.S.). In the end, it will become obvious that the things that truly matter, are not things at all, nor do they consist of matter.

Entheogens & ShamanismFor all of history, recorded and before, there were those among us who could see further than the others. Some of these people had little divine guidance, but were very clever and educated above those around them. However, there were many who did receive divine guidance. There are a variety of ways this was done. Some could connect with this spiritual plane by way of dreams or a trance. Some would use entheogens to gain higher insights by auditing their B.I.O.S. An entheogen (generating the divine within) is a psychoactive substance used in a religious, shamanic, or spiritual context.

Medicinal Cabinet

Entheogens have been used in a ritualized context for thousands of years; their religious significance is linked with the practice of shamanism in many prehistory civilizations. Examples of traditional entheogens include; peyote, psilocybin mushroomstobacco, cannabis, ayahuasca, Salvia divinorum, Tabernanthe iboga, Ipomoea tricolor, and Amanita muscaria. Lesser realized entheogens include; alcohol, coffee, tea and spirits. Many of you have tried one or more of these substances, and have had a variety of mixed results. I would like to introduce some of these and give a brief explanation of what is actually happening, and how you can use these medicines to journey to the other realm. You will also need a list of do’s and don’ts to make your journey more enlightening.

You might be wondering why altered states of consciousness have anything to do with you or what you believe about reality, or how you interpret your relationship with your Creator, your body, your family, or the world in general. There is this awakening we have mentioned repeatedly that is forcing a change upon the people. Shamanism, is no longer a sacred practice. This ancient tradition has fallen into senseless practices and ignorant hybrid fear based religions, and has become a commodity to be traded and sold. The practice, as with most every other self appointed representatives of our Creators has become entirely corrupted. The Great Spirit known to many as Mother Ayahuasca told me this HERSELF. THEY do not work through shamans any longer, They work differently. You will need to get to know Them on your own terms to find out precisely how They interact with us in this new age of awakening. If you want to connect with these higher beings for yourself, you are going to need to ditch the priest, acquire the medicine and take the journey on your own, or with a guide who is versed in the subtle art of transcendence.

Knowledge is not Understanding

You can hide out wisdom truthhere in this reality until THEY are forced come here and confront you in other less amicable ways, or you can learn how to discover Their truth on your own. It is of no difference If you are the head of your family, a leader of a community, or even all alone in the world, the responsibility rests upon you to make yourself informed. As a civilization, we have reached the end of recorded prophecy, biblical and otherwise. There is no one left who will tell you what you need to know. There is no one who can tell you the truth of you, who you are, where you are, and how you may be of assistance in your own divine plan and in the service of others. Perhaps I can help you reveal many hidden patterns in nature, the universe, art, literature, music, also lead you on a journey to discover the existence of the Creator in a variety of ways, etc. However, even if I can make you believe, I can never make you know. This you must do yourself. To know THEM is very important, for you, and your dependents. If just one person can learn to know THEM, then these entire writings are not in vain.

Blindly accepting false dogmas and spreading the mind virus that they are to those who need true divine guidance is the manifestation of ignorance and fear. This activity is not helping anyone. Can you imagine for one moment, how sad this separation must be for our Creators when the people refuse to speak with them directly, or even answer Them when they are spoken to? These people would rather take comfort in a wooden Jesus, or a junk metal pendant of the Virgin, rather than go directly and visit Her. These same people who so fervently believe they love the Creator, and pray for it’s imminent return would actually sooner believe that a supernatural phenomenon and higher states of awareness are the work of the devil. If an Angel revealed itself to these same people, they would not bow, or praise, or inquire, they would mock and or cry out “Witch! Demon!”  or simply cower in fear. Such people in this mindset are much more willing to believe something is the devil’s work, than believe in a miracle of God. They believe this all the while they are doing the devil’s work themselves, spreading the lies and false doctrines, and seeding the fear in the hearts of innocent children.

Reflections

Before you go making judgments upon things you know not, have a really good look in the mirror, and ask yourself these questions, “Do I have the complete truth? Have I truly fulfilled my Responsibility to those under my care and investigated all possibilities to the best of my ability?” If the answer to either of these questions is no, then you have more work to do. It is quite common for people to be afraid. To deal with their fear in a manner that suits their ego, many people will tell themselves there are things they just cannot know, there are sacred boundaries they must not cross. And although they know there is something very wrong with their belief structure, they will ignore the inner discomfort. They have locked God safely in a book, or in a church, or on the wall in a painting perhaps. The truly devout will carry personal idols and worship them even though the commandments expressly forbid this. They pray for blessings before the meal of murdered animals that lie before them, even though they were told not to kill. Can you imagine the hypocrisy emanating from every household? This is a complete separation from the Creator. We have never been so far from the truth as a group. Yet, we are so close as we have always been. Who among you are willing to speak to these Beings yourselves? Who among you would take a pause from your lives, and place yourself before their gaze?

christ mushroomLet us for a moment contemplate the original mystery schools of antiquity. Their inspiration was of course a variety of entheogens. Only a very select group of individuals were elected to know higher truths. In Jesus’ own group of disciples, only some were taught the greater mysteries that these medicines unlocked. In the world you see today, the secret organizations have been doing this and sharing the information amongst themselves for centuries. Those who were once the guardians of such information, have now been corrupted and share nothing, and inspire no one outside of their clique. All of this higher understanding is not lost to us however. If you are ready to embark upon this journey, and open yourself to the mystery and magic that this world is really made of, all will be revealed.

It takes only a few hours to understand a lifetime of concepts while in a higher state. If you are ready and unafraid, it is likely that our Creator will interact with you directly. If your not entirely ready for that at this time, your Creator will still be there, but will interact with you indirectly, through different mediums of light, nature and intuition. This is what is subtly happening during the experience you call life, and reality. Jesus said to those who followed Him: ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day’.

Ceremoniously

The walls of jerichoMayans refer to a substance called teonanacatl which was known throughout their civilization as the flesh of God. However, it is also noted in the bible, “Whoever, therefore, in an unworthy manner, eats the bread or drinks from the cup of the Lord sins against the body and blood of the Lord”. I strongly suggest you take the medicine seriously, or you will have an experience that is unhelpful and profoundly disturbing. Some people have irreverently taken entheogens with poor intentions, and they had an experience they are not willing to repeat. This will leave this sacred doorway and this ability to communicate directly and in person with our Creators closed, perhaps permanently for the duration of this particular life.

For some of us left without the ability to have this experience, they will drift through this life without ever knowing anything about the higher realities, or discovering their true purpose. If you are willing to learn something about psychic or mind healing through traditional ancient medicines, the fastest way to learn to define your ego, to illuminate it as bright as day, so you can experience your self separated from it entirely, is to use salvia. It is classed as a dissociative. When taken in sufficient doses, not only will you not know where you are or who you are, you will not know what you are either. This medicine lasts for 10 – 15 minutes, but the effects are permanent. You begin to realize the difference between you, and your ego in ways you could never have imagined by ordinary means, and there is no way to remove this revelation once the medicine leaves you.

Religious / Mythological terms for Entheogen:

“Ambrosia” is derived from the Greek ambrotos where a- (“not”) and mbrotos (“mortal”). The literal translation of Ambrotos into English would be the word Immortal where im- (“not”) and mortal (“death”). In Greek Mythology ambrosia is sometimes the food, sometimes the drink, of the gods, often depicted as conferring ageless immortality upon whomever consumes it. It was brought to the gods in Olympus by doves (Odyssey xii.62), so may have been thought of in the Homeric tradition as a kind of divine exhalation of the Earth. Ambrosia is very closely related to the gods’ other form of sustenance, nectar. The two terms may not have originally been distinguished, though in Homer’s poems, nectar is the drink and ambrosia the food of the gods. On the other hand, in Alcman, nectar is the food, and in Sappho (fragment 45) and Anaxandrides, ambrosia is the drink. Derivatively the word Ambrosia (neut. plur.) was given to certain festivals in honor of Dionysus, the bright shining spotted, woodland dwelling God, the original creator of the ancient Greek “wine.”

“Nectar” is derived from Latin nectar “drink of the gods”, which in turn has its origins in the Greek word (néktar), presumed to be a compound of the elements nek- “death” and -tar “overcoming”.

“Amrita” is derived from a Sanskrit word that literally means “without death”, and is often referred to in the Rig Veda as Soma and or Nectar. Corresponds to the Greek ambrotos (ambrosia).

“Soma” is derived from an Indo-Iranian root *sav- (Sanskrit sav-) “to press”, i.e. *sav-ma- is the drink prepared by pressing the stalks of the Soma plant. The root is probably Proto-Indo-European (*sewh-), and also appears in son (from *suhnu-, “pressed out” i.e. “newly born”), which leads to interesting questions as to what the concept “son of God” originally meant. In the Rig Veda Hymns, Soma, Amrita and Nectar are found as descriptive terms for the same “plant/God/drink” so the Soma or “pressed” drink was Amrita or “without death”and it was also the nectar or “death overcoming.” In ancient Greek, Soma means “body” and if the Greeks followed the Vedic model, it was from the Soma “body” that the Ambrotos “not-mortal” and Nectar “death overcoming,” sacred food and drink came from.

“Living drops” a term for the Soma drink found in the Rig Veda, the Soma drink as an immortal God was composed of “living drops” Rig Veda 9-64-17.

“Mead of Poetry” (Old Norse skáldskapar mjaðar), also known as Mead of Suttungr (Suttungmjaðar), in Norse mythology is a mythical beverage that whoever “drinks becomes a skald (Poet) or scholar” able to recite any information and solve any question. The drink is a vivid metaphor for poetic inspiration, often associated with Odin the god of “possession,” “runes.” “magic” and “poetic inspiration”. The “Mead of Poetry” is differentiated in the Norse myths from the common or alcoholic mead made with yeast. The name Poetic Mead or Mead of Poetry implies that the drink inspires elegant Poetry and either tastes like honey or was made with honey. Dried Amanita muscaria when water extracted as a strong solution, looks, smells and tastes remarkably like honey.

The Fleece generated from dried Amanita muscaria will also grow quite well on a honey water solution. In the Rig Veda, “Soma” also called the “master Poet” is equated to honey in taste. The “Mead of Poetry” like “Soma” the “Master of the house of Song,” can inspire poetry because it contains Poetry in it self, the drink is liquid poetry, the wellspring of poetry and song. Some historians suggest that both nectar and ambrosia were kinds of honey, in which case their power of conferring immortality would be due to the supposed healing and cleansing powers of honey, which is in fact anti-septic, and because fermented honey (mead) preceded wine as an entheogen in the Aegean world; on some Minoan seals, goddesses were represented with bee faces (compare Merope and Melissa).

The “Elixir of Life”, also known as the elixir of immortality or Dancing Water or Aab-e-Hayaat and sometimes equated with the philosopher’s stone, is a legendary potion, or drink, that grants the drinker eternal life or eternal youth. Many practitioners of alchemy pursued it. The elixir of life was also said to be able to create life. It is related to the myths of Enoch, Thoth, and Hermes Trismegistus, all of whom in various tales are said to have drunk “the liquid gold” and thus achieved immortality. Not only does a water extract of dried Amanita muscaria taste sweet, it is golden to amber in color, like “liquid gold.” A water extract of properly dried Amanita muscaria can also resurrect and “create life” just as the Alchemist’s Elixir of Life was reputed to do, as the quote above shows “the elixir of life was also said to be able to create life.”

The “Water of Life” is a term found in the New Testament which corresponds to the Greek Ambrotos the Sanskrit Amrita and the Alchemists Elixir of Life.

John 4:14 “But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.”

Rev 21:6 “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.”

“Living Water” is a Biblical term related to the “water of life” and to the “living drops” of Soma.

Jeremiah 2:13 “For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed themselves out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.”

Mark 14:25  “Truly, I say to you, I shall not drink again of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.”

John 6:53 “Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.”

John 7:38 “He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.”

This quote from John seems to refer to psychoactive urine, the knowledge of which is commonly found in cultures consuming Amanita muscaria, the only ”plant” in Eur-Asia known to produce a mentally active urine. A vast area of ancient Eur-Asia was home to a Sacred God/plant/drink with hundreds of Sacred Names. A drink of Wisdom and Poetry from the very dawn of time that is found everywhere the Indo-European peoples had an influence. The Sacred drink had the following properties; it was “immortal” often associated with divine vessels, the drink was fragrant and tasted good, it “inspired” the drinker being either the source of Poetry or the source of Wisdom, it healed disease, it prolonged human life, and in a religious context it was the way to immortality.

“Ichor” is a term used to describe the blood of one who has drank the Ambrosia, it is the blood of the Gods, and it is Gold in color. An anagram for Ichor is Choir. Egyptian mummies wer infused with a gold mineral upon mummification as well, possible emulating this Ichor.

Here is a short collection of quotes regarding the use of entheogens;

PAUL McCARTNEYPAUL McCARTNEY on acid “After I took it (LSD), it opened my eyes. It made me a better, more honest, more tolerant member of society. We only use one-tenth of our brain. Just think what we could accomplish if we could only tap that hidden part. It would mean a whole new world.”

JOHN LENNONJOHN LENNON on acid “Everything is the opposite of what it is, isn’t it? They brought out LSD to control people, and what they did was give us freedom. Sometimes it works in mysterious ways its wonders to perform.”

RAM DASSRAM DASS on acid “Love is the most transformative medicine For Love slowly transforms you Into what psychedelics only get you to glimpse.”

BILL HICKS [1961-94]BILL HICKS on acid “Always that same LSD story, you’ve all seen it. ‘Young man on acid, thought he could fly, jumped out of a building. What a tragedy.’ What a dick! Fuck him, he’s an idiot. If he thought he could fly, why didn’t he take off on the ground first? Check it out. You don’t see ducks lined up to catch elevators to fly south—they fly from the ground, ya moron, quit ruining it for everybody. He’s a moron, he’s dead—good, we lost a moron, fuckin’ celebrate. Wow, I just felt the world get lighter. We lost a moron! I don’t mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am, so that’s the way it comes out. Professional help is being sought. How about a positive LSD story? Wouldn’t that be news-worthy, just the once? To base your decision on information rather than scare tactics and superstition and lies? I think it would be news-worthy. ‘Today, a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration. That we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There is no such thing as death, life is only a dream and we’re the imagination of ourselves’ . . . ‘Here’s Tom with the weather.'”

TERENCE MCKENNA [1946-2000]TERENCE MCKENNA on acid “LSD burst over the dreary domain of the constipated bourgeoisie like the angelic herald of a new psychedelic millennium. We have never been the same since, nor will we ever be, for LSD demonstrated, even to skeptics, that the mansions of heaven and gardens of paradise lie within each and all of us.” “The questions of God – meaning in Milton’s phrase “The god who hung the stars like lamps in heaven” – I don’t think psychedelics can address that definitively, but there is another god, a goddess, the goddess of biology, the goddess of the coherent animal human world, the world of the oceans, the atmosphere, and the planet. In short, our world! The world that we were born into, that we evolved into, and that we came from. That world, the psychedelics want to connect us up to… Our individuality, as people and as a species, is an illusion of bad language that the psychedelics dissolve into the greater feeling of connectedness that underlies our being here, and to my mind that’s the religious impulse. It’s not a laundry list of moral dos and don’ts, or a set of dietary prescriptions or practices: it’s a sense of connectedness, responsibility for our fellow human beings and for the earth you walking around on, and because these psychedelics come out of that plant vegetable matrix they are the way back into it.” “Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing. They open you up to the possibility that everything you know is wrong.” “Life lived in the absence of the psychedelic experience that primordial shamanism is based on is life trivialized, life denied, life enslaved to the ego.” “Things are pretty strange in this world and people do it many ways and you are just an atom in a galaxy of possibilities and your opinions and your science and ‘What I think’ and all that, is just so much noise in a very complex and busy world. And its that same humbling perception that comes out of psychedelics. It just shows you, you’re very parochial.” “Our estrangement from nature and the unconscious became entrenched roughly two thousand years ago, during the shift from the Age of the Great God Pan to that of Pisces that occurred with the suppression of the pagan mysteries and the rise of Christianity. The psychological shift that ensued left European civilization staring into two millennia of religious mania and persecution, warfare, materialism, and rationalism. The monstrous forces of scientific industrialism and global politics that have been born into modern times were conceived at the time of the shattering of the symbiotic relationships with the plants that had bound us to nature from our dim beginnings. This left each human being frightened, guilt-burdened, and alone. Existential man was born.” “Part of what psychedelics do is they decondition you from cultural values. This is what makes it such a political hot potato. Since all culture is a kind of con game, the most dangerous candy you can hand out is one which causes people to start questioning the rules of the game.” “I think of going to the Grave without having a Psychedelic Experience is like going to the Grave without ever having Sex. It means that you never Figured out what it is all about. The Mystery is in the Body and the way the Body Works itself into Nature.”

JERRY GARCIA [1942-95]JERRY GARCIA on acid “Nobody stopped thinking about those psychedelic experiences. Once you’ve been to some of those places, you think, ‘How can I get back there again but make it a little easier on myself?’” —Quoted in Rolling Stone, November 30, 1989

JIM MORRISON [1943-71]JIM MORRISON on acid “In the beginning we were creating our music, ourselves, every night . . . starting with a few outlines, maybe a few words for a song. Sometimes we worked out in Venice, looking at the surf. We were together a lot and it was good times for all of us. Acid, sun, friends, the ocean, and poetry and music.”

KEN KESEY [1935-2001]KEN KESEY on acid “I believe that with the advent of acid, we discovered a new way to think, and it has to do with piecing together new thoughts in your mind. Why is it that people think it’s so evil? What is it about it that scares people so deeply, even the guy that invented it, what is it? Because they’re afraid that there’s more to reality than they have confronted. That there are doors that they’re afraid to go in, and they don’t want us to go in there either, because if we go in we might learn something that they don’t know. And that makes us a little out of their control.” —Quoted in the BBC documentary, “The Beyond Within: The Rise and Fall of LSD,” 1987

TIMOTHY LEARY [1920-96]TIMOTHY LEARY on acid “‘Turn on’ meant go within to activate your neural and genetic equipment. Become sensitive to the many and various levels of consciousness and the specific triggers that engage them. Drugs were one way to accomplish this end. ‘Tune in’ meant interact harmoniously with the world around you—externalize, materialize, express your new internal perspectives. Drop out suggested an elective, selective, graceful process of detachment from involuntary or unconscious commitments. ‘Drop Out’ meant self-reliance, a discovery of one’s singularity, a commitment to mobility, choice, and change. Unhappily my explanations of this sequence of personal development were often misinterpreted to mean ‘Get stoned and abandon all constructive activity.'” —Flashbacks, 1983 “LSD is a psychedelic drug which occasionally causes psychotic behavior in people who have NOT taken it.”

HUNTER S. THOMPSON [1937-2005]HUNTER S. THOMPSON on acid “That was the fatal flaw in Tim Leary’s trip. He crashed around America selling ‘consicousness expansion’ without ever giving a thought to the grim meat-hook realities that were lying in wait for all the people who took him too seriously . . . All those pathetically eager acid freaks who thought they could buy Peace and Understanding for three bucks a hit. But their loss and failure is ours, too. What Leary took down with him was the central illusion of a whole life-style that he helped to create . . . a generation of permanent cripples, failed seekers, who never understood the essential old mystic fallacy of the Acid Culture: the desperate assumption that somebody—or at least some force—is tending the Light at the end of the tunnel.” —Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, 1971 “The only way to write honestly about the scene is to be part of it. If there is one quick truism about psychedelic drugs, it is that anyone who tries to write about them without first-expierience is a fool and a fraud.”

ALBERT HOFMANN [1906-2008]ALBERT HOFMANN on acid “Of greatest significance to me has been the insight that I attained as a fundamental understanding from all of my LSD experiments: what one commonly takes as ‘the reality,’ including the reality of one’s own individual person, by no means signifies something fixed, but rather something that is ambiguous—that there is not only one, but that there are many realities, each comprising also a different consciousness of the ego. One can also arrive at this insight through scientific reflections. The problem of reality is and has been from time immemorial a central concern of philosophy. It is, however, a fundamental distinction, whether one approaches the problem of reality rationally, with the logical methods of philosophy, or if one obtrudes upon this problem emotionally, through an existential experience. The first planned LSD experiment was therefore so deeply moving and alarming, because everyday reality and the ego experiencing it, which I had until then considered to be the only reality, dissolved, and an unfamiliar ego experienced another, unfamiliar reality. The problem concerning the innermost self also appeared, which, itself unmoved, was able to record these external and internal transformations. Reality is inconceivable without an experiencing subject, without an ego. It is the product of the exterior world, of the sender and of a receiver, an ego in whose deepest self the emanations of the exterior world, registered by the antennae of the sense organs, become conscious. If one of the two is lacking, no reality happens, no radio music plays, the picture screen remains blank.” —LSD: My Problem Child, 1980 “It’s a very salutary thing to realize that the rather dull universe in which most of us spend most of our time is not the only universe there is. I think it’s healthy that people should have this experience.” “…we were back at home, and I had returned to that reassuring but profoundly unsatisfactory state known as ‘being in one’s right mind.”

STEVE JOBS [1955-2011]STEVE JOBS on acid [LSD] is “one of the two or three most important things I’ve done in my life”

FEDERICO FELLINI [1929-1993]FEDERICO FELLINI on acid “Objects and their functions no longer had any significance. All I perceived was perception itself, the hell of forms and figures devoid of human emotion and detached from the reality of my unreal environment. I was an instrument in a virtual world that constantly renewed its own meaningless image in a living world that was itself perceived outside of nature. And since the appearance of things was no longer definitive but limitless, this paradisiacal awareness freed me from the reality external to myself. The fire and the rose, as it were, became one.”

TOM WOLFE TOM WOLFE on acid “In ordinary perception, the senses send an overwhelming flood of information to the brain, which the brain then filters down to a trickle it can manage for the purpose of survival in a highly competitive world. Man has become so rational, so utilitarian, that the trickle becomes most pale and thin. It is efficient, for mere survival, but it screens out the most wondrous parts of man’s potential experience without his even knowing it. We’re shut off from our own world. Primitive man once experienced the rich and sparkling flood of the senses fully. Children experience it for a few months-until “normal” training, conditioning, close the doors on this other world, usually for good. Somehow, the drugs opened these ancient doors. And through them modern man may at last go, and rediscover his divine birthright…”

RICK DOBLIN RICK DOBLIN on acid “Psychedelics are not a substitute for faith. They are a door to authentic faith, born of encountering directly the sacred dimension of everyday experience. This is not the only gate to that discovery, but it is the most ancient and universal, and potentially the most accessible to the majority of the human race.” “It should come as no surprise to readers of the MAPS Bulletin that psychedelic plants are used as a sacrament by many native cultures all over the world. It may not be so obvious that these same plants are often incorporated into the coming-of-age ceremonies of these various societies.” “If we recognize the power of entheogenic substances to open us to the universal truth and full dimension of human experience, and if we accept the role of the shaman as hierophant and psychopomp into this realm, as enacted for example by the Huichol mara’akame, we have to conclude that today in Western society we are deprived of two key resources for complete human growth. Young people, in their hunger for meaning, will still gravitate toward entheogens. The more experienced among us may try to ease their journey, but in the absence of qualified guides not all will benefit from their experience.” “There is that sense that we have to all come together, the challenges have become so great for the human species that it’s going to take all of us to find our way out. One of the ways to achieve this goal, of course, is to expand the freedom of religions so that those people who use psychedelics within their religious practice are able to do so.” “The cultural integration of psychedelics won’t happen overnight, and the question of young people is perhaps the most difficult involved. The first step is for people who have knowledge of these substances to share it, “coming out” about their own experiences. Drug education should be honest and present a balanced picture of risks and benefits.”

JAMES DOUGLAS MORRISON [1943-1971] JAMES DOUGLAS MORRISON on acid

“Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power, and the fear of freedom shrinks and vanishes. You are free.

Mechanics of Mind

A very little known understanding of how entheogens work upon the human mind is this: Your perception of how these various plants affect you depends upon whether you poses a beginner or advanced awareness. All beginners, in this school as in everything see things as separate states, and different ideas. In the medicine, eventually, all create the same state, which is beyond even DMT. Small awareness notices all the differences in things, larger notices all the similarities and underlying patterns. This is how you can measure your awareness. Each medicine suppresses a different aspect, or combination of aspects of the ego, which is also one thing, but disguised as many. As you inherit the understandings from each teacher, this suppression of the corresponding aspect endures for life. To inherit the understandings of all the teacher plants, suppresses all aspects of human ego, and is the threshold of enlightenment. In this state, a simple cup of coffee can deliver you past the DMT experience. Your experience of this, is relative to your understanding of the teachings of the applicable plant-ego associations.

Guides

I have been developing a series of articles aimed at encouraging the intelligent, reverent and constructive use of entheogens. Within this series, you will find the basic do’s and don’ts regarding the safe use of these plant teachers, and a guide to assist you with understanding the pattern of revelation. As I advance within my own personal entheogenic studies, I update every relevant article to be more precise, organized (coherent) and helpful to the best of my current comprehension.

Cleanse

It is important that you don’t waste your time, and your medicine treating the symptoms and ignoring the root of the cause. You will need to purify your body before you will be able to receive any significant benefit form entheogens. I have created a simple to follow 4 part process by which you can create a permanent lasting relationship with mind and body, at which point the medicines will work much more effectively. You can get started by reading this article about the cleanse.
